New Year, New Management, Same Great Music

Hello all! Only one more week until the 2018 season at Sylvie’s Place starts.

I would like to thank Sylvia and Dave for their many years of providing top notch entertainment and a friendly and welcoming environment at Sylvie’s Place.

You’ve left some big shoes to fill and I will endeavour to do the best to fill them.

As you may have heard, my plan is to keep things with the club as ‘the same’ as possible. I will continue with the membership cards and the table reservations.

The format will also be the same regarding the fish & chips break. The one change is that I will have a ‘soup of the month’ as well as a ‘dessert of the month’.

The biggest change that I am forced to make will be an increase in the admission price from £10 to £11, starting at the March session. I am sorry if this causes hardship, but I have incurred increased costs as well and want to be able to continue to provide you with the quality entertainment that you have all grown accustomed to.

I want to thank you for your continued support of Sylvie’s Place and Traditional Jazz and look forward to putting faces to the names on the list.

I'm sure we will have some growing pains, but we will get there in the end!

And let’s give The Savannah the warm and hearty Sylvie’s Place welcome!
